Klemm homes combines over 25 years of experience in construction and interior architecture to create homes that are built with unmatched care, precision and quality, with a deeper attentiveness to detail, proportion, materiality and purpose behind every apsect. Fostering deeper relationships with the families from the start, enables us to create homes that are not only well-crafted, but a true reflection of the people within.
Troy Klemm
My love for building began at a young age. Now spanning over 25 years in the building industry, it’s a privilege to share that hands-on experience, and depth of knowledge I’ve built over the years with the wider team. Studying a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics, honed my instincts for building homes with meticulous craftsmanship and integrity, but for me, it’s always come back to the people. I’m driven by the idea of building homes that last, and creating experiences people remember for all the right reasons.
Carmel Siciliano-Klemm
I’ve always been drawn to shaping the spaces inside structures for the people within them. My path was cemented in design. As a qualified interior architect, my ethos has always been holistic — considering the way proportion, materiality, and purpose entwine to give each space a feeling and function of its own. For me, it’s more than aesthetics, it’s about designing homes that work, flow, and feel right for the people who live in them.
